you can finish anywhere like south Africa or USA. the cost it depend which country are you taking you training, in USA the price is 100 to 120 dollars per hour plus instruction fees.or go to Zanzibar they have training there, even arusha (KIA) there have ppl training there. but the price is about 14000 dollars total training price. good luck
